My positive thoughts:
*Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool city! I've been there twice and loved it both times!
*It is nearby my cousin Hannah and her husband Karl in Sumter, SC!
*It was named America's best mannered city (in 1995)...and I LOVE MANNERS! Seriously, no sarcasm there.
*Charleston has a ton of cool history
*Not exactly an 'affordable' city....but maybe all that money will rub off on us ;)
*I love the real estate there! The beautiful plantation homes, Spanish moss covered trees, the south of broad neighborhood...Love it all!
*And of course, there is the beach
*It is at least considered to be in the south, so I may be able to make myself feel at home
That's all I got for now, but good is on the horizon: Our tax refund is being mailed out March 4th! Yay for paying taxes....and getting it all back!!!!
