*Last weekend we made a VERY impromptu visit to Fayetteville for less than 24 hours to see my sweet sweet friend from college, Elizabeth! We realized Friday night that it was our last free weekend in Little Rock, and I knew I wanted to see her before we moved! It had been at least a year since I had seen her, and way longer since I have had a real conversation with her. It was so wonderful to see her and her hubby and meet her precious baby boy! It was totally worth the trip! kicking myself for not taking pictures....
*We have started packing up the house and it is a DISASTER ZONE
*We went to a itty itty itty itty bitty town called Calico Rock this weekend with two other couples who's husbands are in med school with John. It was a great relaxing weekend before the start of possibly the craziest week of our lives...
*Thursday is the BIG day! I am so excited but not nervous or anxious, thank you Lord :)
*My dad bought me the baby bullet for making baby food, and I have the babycook from Williams Sonoma; and I love them! My freezer is full of all sorts of fruits and veggies and its so fun choosing what he will eat at mealtimes....banana, strawberries, pears, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, squash, blueberries, apples, avocados, mangos, peaches...SO FUN (but inherently messy)
*Valin is into EVERYTHING, standing up, attempting to move from one item to another, constantly falling and hurting himself, and doing a TERRIBLE job of taking his bottles...UGH He will drink about 3 oz max and be done.
*I guess that's it, we are just staying busy in preparation for Thursday and the big move :)

Are yall able to move right after you find out where you're going? Lane still has a rotation in April & then he's off in May. So we won't be moving until the end of May.
I miss him so much. I try to pretend my neighbor's baby fills my need for Valin but it REALLY doesn't work!
