Warning: This is pictureless..

Alright, still no chair for my desk...so I'm using John's computer, which means no pics...sorry :)
Let's see what's going on around here:
*Big boy turned O.N.E. He was very unsure about the whole production, enjoyed playing in the cake icing and eating a little of it. He has fully enjoyed his toys though!
*John is a fairly busy man, working at least one day of the weekend. And I guess this is an easier time for the next 5 years of our lives, so I'm trying to be thankful :)
*I have started walking with some nearby friends and their babies most mornings and I LOVE it! Actually, I love the conversation and adult interaction WAY more than the walking. I was ridiculously sore all weekend and when Valin slept in this morning, I not-so-regrettably canceled on them.
*I am DYING for John's first paycheck. I mean dying DYING dying DYING. I am a numbers/budget type of person and can't wait to see exactly how much his check will be, down to the penny! We have a list a mile long of what all we need/more like want for the house that grows daily, and we can NOT spend another penny until that check arrives :)
*I am 21 weeks, holy moly this pregnancy is FLYING by and I LOVE IT THAT WAY!
*So I've started a project on our bedroom furniture. The first piece turned out awesome, the second piece doesn't match...UGH! Same exact process, using the same exact paint and stain and yet, I have to redo parts of it b/c it doesn't match the first piece....this is annoying. No telling when I'll actually do it. Just kidding John, tonight, I'll work on it ;)
*Also, my brakes are super squeaky and not just annoying, but more like EMBARASSING the heck out of me....So brakes need to be added to my lovely list too.
*I hate posting without pics. BORING
*anyone know a blog of DIY renovations... I've checked out hgtv and DIY network but I am really wanting to remodel our bathroom in the next 2ish years and need more info. The only way we could is if we did it ourselves, and I think with the right direction, we could. John is handy, and I am....supportive? ha!...CREATIVE- there, that works, a little bit...
*Okay, I'm boring myself, so I'll do us all a favor and quite typing...
