We have spent lots of time in the kitchen sink and highchair, while Mommy makes a huge mess baking...
We have also been throwing huge fits when taken out of the sink...
But look at what Mom got to make...
some yummy cakes...
We have danced around the kitchen with Daddy...
We have mastered the art of crawling into tiny spaces...regardless of how mom tries to fill the space with bags...only to get stuck...again...and again...and again :)
We have done lots of playing...
We even got to spend the night away for the first time...and MOM did great ;)
haha hopefully she wasn't the only one to do good! Valin went down to Texas for a couple days and stayed with Amy and the Cuppetts! It was amazing for me to get things done and relax and run errunds and go to drs appts and on and on and on... He was definitely missed, but it was a nice treat for John and I!
We got to see baby boy Friday and received better news at the ultrasound than we had expected!
John is in full swing table-making-mode...and I have my fingers crossed that he gets it done over labor day weekend!!
Oh, and I got to make this fun thing. I am officially ready for football season!
That's about it for us. We are headed into a semi-busy week, but that's a good thing! Hopefully I'll be back again soon....

They are 6 different cakes baked in mason jars, but all stem from the same white cake mix! I didn't get to taste them, so I can't tell you if they tasted any good. But they were a ton of fun to make!!!
okay, I give you 7 days to make them...and I want to know how they taste! ready. go!
Oh my gosh!! Don't you make that little boy sad... Just let him sit in the sink all day long. That face is pitiful!!
I love those cute cakes! Are they hard to make? That would be great for Lana's baby shower thank you's. I was thinking about just doing cookies, but wow that would be so much cuter!!
